Come Fairies, take me out of this dull world, for I would ride with you upon the wind, and dance upon the mountains like a flame!
~W.B. Yeats

Had I the heaven's embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,

The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet.

But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams...

Flower Power so far

Here's what I have so far. (Just pretend there aren't any wrinkles) I was thinking about how hard its going to be to frame it-- lacing isn't going to be easy considering its size.

I am missing a bird or two and a butterfly in there. I just really wanted to finish those daylilies and daisies and move on to something brighter. lol

Thank you for sharing - so pretty! I keep toying with the idea of doing Flower Power, but divide it into three panels.

It is looking beautiful!! I stitched this myself, and the bugs, oddly enough, were my favorite things when I finished. The catepillar is gorgeous! You are doing so well...I remember the marathon stitching sessions I did and wonder if I would have the courage to attempt anything so big again...
