Come Fairies, take me out of this dull world, for I would ride with you upon the wind, and dance upon the mountains like a flame!
~W.B. Yeats

Had I the heaven's embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,

The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet.

But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams...

~W.B. Yeats

Scissor holder gift

This is something I made for a dear friend of mine as a Christmas gift. I have a Dover publications book on Monograms and found her's in there and incorporated it into this design.

You have artistic genes, Narita. First, how delicate your design is, based on a Dover graphic! Second, the colors are just lovely for the theme. Lucky friend.
