WOW!
I've always wondered HOW people made collages. NOW I KNOW!!!!!

I'll get better, I KNOW I will. :)

For free you can use Picasa. It is is Photoshop elements like program but not as extensive.

Under create, click collage. You can tilt the pictures to any angle.
